In the past, Three Guineas Fund (3GF) has provided Fellowship opportunities for exceptional candidates interested in philanthropy, girls and women's access issues, and social entrepreneurship. Fellowship positions have been customized based on 3GF need and a candidate's skills and interests. The Fund is not currently taking on new Fellows. If Fellowship opportunities become available in the future, they will be posted here.

The Fellowship program provides a two-way learning experience: the Fund gains expertise and knowledge from the Fellow, and the Fellow is provided with professional development. A critical aspect of a 3GF Fellowship is the development of a specific project description that is aligned with the needs and mission of the Fund. Prior Fellowship projects have included:

• Development of concept paper for a non-profit venture fair,
• 3GF website development and marketing,
• Teaching advanced technology training to high school girls at the Women's Technology Cluster,
• Research and writing on "Improving Philanthropy for Girls Programs".
